oh my gorsh.. today was an amazingly beautiful day. spent a total of maybe close to 4 hrs outside ucc/weldon today.. needless to say i got a little sunburnt. it was worth it tho.. awesome weather, great company.. just very not productive schoolwise :P
isn't it awesome when God totally changes your horrible perspective on things to a way better one? this has happened to me about the same thing over and over again..
yesterday (monday) morning i awoke in panic.. first thing i thought of was the many things i have to do this week. what a way to start off the week. as i trudged to school.. my mood was really not the greatest and i was feeling kinda dizzy. i'm usually early to school because i have to take the early bus in order to be on time for class. so i usually have time to get my tea from timmy's and sit down for some quiet time. started reading 1 Peter.. and this is what i read:
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.
1 Peter 1:6-7
so these things that are bogging me down are all happening to improve my faith and make it better all for His glory. *sigh* why do i get myself so worked up when i know in the end He will deliver me and all will be good. and this proving of my genuine faith will build me up all the more! so everyone wins in the end.. except for satan. which is good since he's a loser ne ways.
He renews me daily with this faith worth more than gold and that is worth so much more than i could ask for. His Word is so goooood.
